Montreux is a community of 130 homes nestled within the Stillwater subdivision. We are located at the rural northwest edge of Hillsborough County. Our neighborhood prides itself with neat tree lined streets, green conservation areas, ponds and lakes. We are conveniently located close (but not too close!) to major roadways making the drive to the airport and shopping areas convenient for everyone.
Montreux is a deed-restricted subdivision. We take great pride in the appearance of our community and work to maintain the curb appeal that enhances our property values. All homeowners are members of the Homeowners Association. The Association has the responsibility of overseeing the compliance of the Deed Restrictions and rules and regulations that are recorded with Hillsborough County. There is an elected Board of Directors made up of homeowners in the community who oversee the process by which the rules and regulations are enforced according to Florida Statute.
All Montreux homeowners are also a member of the Montreux/Stillwater Homeowner Association. There is a separate set of documents (these can be found on this website under DOCUMENTS) as well as annual dues covering this association also.
Montreux is located in the Keystone community and is a member of the Keystone Civic Association. Information about the Keystone Community can be found at keystonecivic.org.
